A Concession & Infrastructure Structuring Platform
MSP identifies, structures, and positions long-term concession and infrastructure opportunities, working at the point where an idea becomes a credible, competitively-ready project.
What MSP Is
Muhovhoya Strategic Partners is a concession and infrastructure investment and structuring platform. We are not a contractor, an operator, or a financier. MSP’s role sits upstream of execution, at the point where an opportunity is originated, shaped, and prepared for competitive pursuit. Capital strategy, delivery model, commercial structure, and partner architecture are not developed in isolation at MSP. We bring these together from origination, so opportunities arrive at procurement or investment already structured to compete.
Where We Add the Most Value
In shaping concession and infrastructure opportunities before they reach maturity: aligning capable operators, structuring credible delivery models, and preparing projects for competitive pursuit. This is where the greatest structuring risk sits, and where the right early decisions determine whether a project is ultimately competitive.
Engagement Model
MSP engages across the opportunity lifecycle, operating on mandate-based and performance-aligned structures tailored to concession and capital-intensive projects. Terms are set case by case, matched to the scope and stage of structuring or positioning support required.
How We Work With Others
MSP is built to complement, not replace, the existing advisory landscape. We work alongside legal, financial, and technical advisors already engaged on an opportunity. Our role is origination and structuring, not competing for mandates that belong to established providers.
MSP Aligns
The asset, the right partners, and capital readiness, so projects are competitively prepared from early stage through submission.
The Asset
Structuring the delivery model and commercial framework so the opportunity itself is credible and fundable.
The Partners
Aligning capable operators and strategic partners with clear roles, governance, and participation.
Capital Readiness
Preparing the financial and commercial case so a project can move from structuring into funded, competitive submission without delay.
